Answer: You should wear a breathable type of material shirt under the Jacket - you know those workout ones. Just in case you want to take it off. As for the pants, I prefer nothing. I’m a woman easier when I need to use the CR.

Answer: I have the xxl and it fits really snugged I shouldve gotten xxxl...I can wear it but I wouldn't be able to work out my upper body....you do sweat a lot!!! I work out in it when I do cardio but when I do weight training I wear a waist trainer.....so I'd get a size up if you want to be comfortable in it.
Question: What is the thickness of the neoprene? Could I use this to keep me warm in water class?
Answer: I personally haven’t used it in water but when I go walking on cool nights, I don’t have to wear a shirt under or a jacket over it.

Answer: Hi... please base it on what your normal clothes size... S M L. With workout Jackets I would normally wear an XL but since this is similar to a Wet Suit very fitted, I will recommend that you get a size up for very fitted or 2 sizes up so that you’ll have more room😊
Keep in mind you’ll be sweating a lot with this in esp when working out.

Answer: I have the pants that match and I pull the pants up and the jacket over but you sweat A lot when you the suit off you basically drinched in sweat !! Hope that helped
