I bought this one size up. I am usually a medium, but I ordered a large which fits perfectly and helps burn a lot of fat while working out. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to burn extra calories while you work out. One caution is to ensure you have Water with you to prevent dehydration! I am 5' 6" and weigh 145 pounds if anyone want to use my stats for comparison.

I like it. It really makes you sweat more. I normally wear a size S/M, but as the reviews stated it being too small, I ordered size L. It fits perfectly. It's not too tight or loose and it still gives me a good sweat while working out or just by doing chores at the house. I think if I ordered a size smaller, it would be a challenge to put it on or take it off.

If you're heavy chested this may not work for your stomach. It fits perfectly around my arms but I had to get another band for my stomach since my chest made it so the shirt did not sit on my stomach and therefore my stomach did not sweat as much during a workout. Great product though

Fits great. Has a funky smell but I believe that is just the material. it works well though. the fit isn't too tight which I prefer. I wash it in cold water gentle cycle using a woolite or hand wash with woolite in sink then air dry

SLIM

I give it four stars, because I could tell by the material that it would have worked. However, their ex-large is actually their small. Which I do not understand why a company would target slim people. This size that I received it obvious for someone who does not need to lose weight.
