Answer: Medium works very nicely for my husband. He is 160 pounds, 5'10".

Answer: Sir the small was larger in the brown one than the black which was tight I would suggest the large one as I am going to order the same one again in large 

Question: Im 5'11 and 165lbs, average build. What size should i get if i want to fut a light to medium weight hoodie under it as well?

Answer: I'm 5'11 165lbs and a medium is a comfortable fit. Coat is lined with fleece. If you are wearing a hoodie under this I would say a large would be a good bet hopefully the sleeve's won't be too long for you. 

Question: I am 6'7" about 230lbs, the arms will more than likely not fit me correct?

Answer: Being as tall as you are, you shouldn't have a fit issue. May be short for your torso, but not sure your exact measurements. I am quite a bit shorter. I could not zip it - so was more about width rather than height.
