Question: What is a comfortable size for a 6 ft 275 lb man with broad shoulders?
Answer: I bought my husband the 1XL/2XL. He is about 6'2 and about 280. His shoulders
are probably about average. It's hard to say if this size would work for your husband.
My husband loves this robe because it's almost oversized. He can tie it closed across his midsection,
which is where he carries most of his weight. If your guy has flat abs, this size might be too big.

Question: Is this robe warm?
Answer: Very warm. Toasty warm. It's very thick fleece, and goes down to your ankles. I'll have to put it up around April though. Its that warm
Question: Everyone says the robe runs big. I am 6' 215 guy and a l/xl is often a little big. Would a small/med be recommended?
Answer: No, I have a small/medium and I'm much shorter than you. The robe doesn't hit the floor but its long enough to almost reach my ankles. Unless you don't like long robes, you should be fine with the L/XL.
Question: How long is it?
Answer: It goes down to where the pictures shows on an average height man. My husband loves his, we have an outdoor extension off our bedroom and he loves it on those cooler mornings and evenings
