Question: What comes with the pot itself?
Answer: There is a rack that comes with it. Nothing else. Really cooks great as stovetop, slow cooker and oven. I love my ninja
Question: is it possible to programe the cooking time and differ it ?
Answer: Yes. It will automatically set 2 hours for slow cooker, for example, but you can change it for any time desired. Cook top is just high or low but works great. I have used it a lot as I enjoy steaming and sauteing. Even used it on steam bake setting for ribs...awesome! Definitely recommend this product. And, no, I did not get a discount for this review.
Question: is the 4-in 1 better than the 3-in 1 do they both have the same features
Answer: I own the 3 in 1 and it has a buffet feature instead of the steam feature. I like being able to use buffet to keep food warm once it's cooked. I'm torn I want the 4 in1 for our cabin but may miss the buffet feature.
Question: Does it cook rice?
Answer: I haven't done it, but it does cook rice
If there is liquid in the bottom I don't see the difference with steam cooking at all I must be missing something or is a separate control feature.
Ninja doesn't even sell the 4 in 1 any longer just the 3 in 1
The only thing the 4-in-1 adds is steam cooking. I personally don't use it so they'd probably both be identical in features for me. But I only own the 4-in-1
The 4-in-1 has a steam feature on it, if you like to steam veggies or something like that it would come in handy. The buffet feature that someone spoke about on the 3-in-1 is just the warm setting on the 4-in-1. Besides that they cook the same. I can say that I have never liked slow cooking until I got the Ninja and it does cook a little faster than a normal slow cooker. I love this multicooker and so far all of the Ninja products that I have tried.

Parts list should be on box or in advertisement. Mine and with rack, of cooking knife and fork. Pan for steaming veggies and a cover for the unit. Love it !
