Bronson Vitamin C Crystals (Powder) GMO Free Ascorbic Acid
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin found in citrus fruits, green and leafy vegetables, tomatoes and cauliflower. In addition to the formation of collagen, vitamin C protects the body from potentially harmful free-radicals. Vitamin C is also effective in helping to maintain a healthy immune system. The body cannot make or store vitamin C, so it must be replaced every day.

Question: Is this made from corn? What is the source of the vitamin C?
Answer: This is EXCELLENT information on Vitamin C! http://www.thedoctorwithin.com/vitaminc/ascorbic-acid-is-not-vitamin-c/ You are right that many C's are from corn. This article is really an eye opener!
Question: Is this L-ascorbic acid?
Answer: Do not naively believe what somebody says an employee from a brand marketeering company told them over the telephone. It is ONLY what is, or is not, in writing on the label that counts. Unless the label states it to be L-ascorbic acid, it should be presumed to be the much cheaper D- form. This is tantamount to the retail marketing of coffee, where unless the packaging specifically states 100% Arabica, you can be sure that you are instead getting 100% Robusta. The unspecified (Robusta bean) coffee NEVER sells at a premium; always cheaper than coffee that is labeled 100% Arabica. Similarly the unspecified ascorbic acid (D-type) is cheaper than the vitamin C that is labeled as L-ascorbic acid
Question: Is this crystalline like table sugar or is it powder like powdered sugar?
Answer: I would call it a powder, but not as light as the powdered sugar you get on donuts.
Like a very fine salt.
Question: are there any other ingredients @ all beside the ascorbic acid? If taking 1/4 tsp. = 1000mg, how many servings would it yeild?
Answer: This is simple metric system question ;-) This container is 1 exactly Kilogram = 1000 grams ,so it yields EXACTLY 1000 servings if you take 1000 mg (1 gram = 1000 mg) per serving. Whoever gave you previous answer about 768 servings is just wrong.
